Streamlining Marketing Collateral with a Scalable, Design System

The Problem
When I joined ClearVoice, the process for creating sales and marketing collateral was slow and inconsistent. Each new piece required starting from scratch, which limited our ability to scale and respond quickly to campaign or sales needs.

My Role
I created a full suite of customizable templates for sales one-pagers, pitch decks, ads, and eBooks, ensuring everything aligned with our evolving brand identity. I implemented a cohesive design system that allowed both designers and non-designers to easily update and adapt assets. I also continually refined these templates as our visual style and messaging evolved, keeping our materials fresh, modern, and aligned with trends.

The Outcome
The new system streamlined production and improved consistency across all materials. We increased content output by over 300% without adding additional design hours, allowing our marketing and sales teams to generate more leads, launch campaigns faster, and maintain a unified brand presence across every touchpoint.
