UI/UX Design in the ClearVoice Platform

The Problem
After the previous product designer left the team, the ClearVoice platform lacked cohesive marketing integration and was in need of someone to spearhead bringing them together and optimize several existing and new UX flows.

My Role
I took initiative to work across teams, partnering closely with product and development. I conceptualized and created an entire system of prototypes to streamline the design process for new flows. I redesigned multiple UI/UX flows in Figma, handled handoffs to developers, and iterated based on feedback to ensure seamless implementation.

The Outcome
Delivered polished, user-friendly flows that integrated marketing design into the platform, improving usability and creating a scalable system for future updates.
