Brightening ClearVoice’s Social Media Presence with Relevant Design

The Problem
When I started at ClearVoice, the social media presence wasn’t being used to their advantage. It was mostly just fluff posts. The strategy needed to be readdressed. The posts did not aligning with our sales goals and brand voice. It needed to be knocked down entirely so that we could start over from a square one strategy.

My Role
I led multiple social media revamps to make our presence more engaging and relatable. I researched trends and our competitors to determine a new approach. Then, I conceptualized and designed a variety of content formats including stories, short animations, carousel posts, and infographics. I also helped shape the visual strategy to align our social voice with our overall brand identity and marketing goals.

The Outcome
Our refreshed social presence became more dynamic, approachable, and visually cohesive. Engagement rates and follower growth significantly improved, with audiences responding more positively to our storytelling and design-driven approach.
